It includes all the basic exercises and variants, many of which are lesser known and even very unusual. Nevertheless, even though it is a true encyclopedia of exercises and biomechanical information, we have tried to use easily comprehensive language throughout.
FitnessE is intended as a reference tool both for the beginner and the advanced athlete, for the enthusiast or the fitness professional, whatever the user level.
FitnessE is an amazing tool in your pocket! Not only will you get the whys and hows of your muscle strength training, but also each main exercise and its variants are shown in a very precise anatomical drawing so you can see the exact muscle you are using in each exercise.
With FitnessE and your Smartphone youll be able to upload your gym workout directly onto your computer.
For each main exercise, you will get high-resolution anatomical drawings of involved muscles. You will also see exactly which muscle you are working out and how it inserts other muscles surrounding it. This means that with FitnessE you know precisely what you do.

FitnessE provides expert scientific information (as an encyclopedia) as it has over 330 pages in printed form.
